At Herbay Harmony, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at herbayharmony@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
